Warehouse Supervisor – Second Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM PST)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations. This role ensures smooth material flow, accuracy in shipments, compliance with safety standards, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise shipping, receiving, and inventory management to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitor warehouse organization, inventory levels, and space utilization.
- Lead and develop warehouse employees, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Oversee material handling equipment maintenance and ensure inspections are conducted.
- Maintain SAP records, packing specifications, and daily operational reports.
- Address challenges in shipping, scheduling, and warehouse organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and database programs.
- Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed.
