Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company standards while optimizing efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing associates, resolving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and logistics procedures.
- Manage work assignments, prioritize tasks, and address operational improvements.
- Supervise and support associates, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor workflows, resolve freight issues, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR relevant work experience in logistics or food processing.
- Supervisory experience preferred, particularly in dairy processing, manufacturing, or food logistics.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,500 – $98,000 with performance-based bonuses.
