What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights into supply chain performance, efficiency, and potential risk areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate KPI accuracy, and ensure the relevance of reported metrics.
  • Interpret supply chain data to identify trends, operational patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide regular performance updates, highlighting achievements and proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Partner closely with the supply chain team to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Present data findings and improvement recommendations clearly and concisely to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support informed decision-making through timely, accurate, and insightful reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new KPIs and performance metrics as needed.
  • Help document and standardize analytical processes and reporting protocols for consistent execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain data management within aerospace, defense, or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate or commute to Costa Mesa, CA, if not already based locally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience with database systems and analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill large data sets into meaningful insights.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes and how they influence KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible, actionable information.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their reporting functionalities.

U.S. Salary Range
$140,000—$210,000 USD

Note: This range reflects base salary estimates. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, and business needs. Equity grants are often part of full-time compensation packages at Anduril.
