Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally answer inbound customer calls.
  • Identify the nature of customer inquiries and determine the level of assistance required.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Communicate information in a positive, engaging, and empathetic manner to build strong client relationships.
  • Set and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Actively engage with customers through online chat support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include handling escalations, supervising teams, conducting analytics, and generating reports.
