What You’ll Do:
Sales Excellence:
- Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts to refine and enhance sales strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional Byredo client experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of luxury sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with returning clients by recognizing their preferences and delivering a personalized shopping experience.
- Present Byredo’s diverse product portfolio—including fragrance, makeup, home, and byproduct—by providing tailored recommendations and creating memorable shopping moments.
- Surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic cross-selling and meaningful client engagement.
- Utilize Byredo’s CRM tools to manage client data, foster loyalty, and offer customized experiences.
- Contribute innovative ideas and actionable retail strategies during store meetings to enhance overall performance.
Client Experience:
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized outreach, clienteling activities, and exclusive events such as master classes and product launches.
- Provide thoughtful after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty.
- Curate personalized shopping experiences that align with each client’s unique tastes and aspirations, fostering lasting connections.
Product Expertise:
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Byredo’s full product range across all categories.
- Engage in product training sessions, staying up-to-date with new launches, industry innovations, and emerging trends.
- Maintain Byredo’s luxury standards by ensuring meticulous care, handling, and presentation of products, enhancing the overall client experience.
Operational Excellence:
- Take responsibility for opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by accurately managing inventory, stock replenishment, and implementing theft prevention measures.
- Offer strategic insights to improve retail performance, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Design and uphold visually compelling product displays that reflect Byredo’s brand identity and visual merchandising guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- A proactive, adaptable, and dependable approach to work.
- Ability to lift boxes as required for inventory management and replenishment.
