Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound support calls to engage with targeted customer groups
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling
  • Maintain customer retention for existing accounts
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both customers and manufacturers
  • Analyze and act upon daily monitoring reports as needed
  • Process customer orders, including updates and amendments
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage inbound and outbound orders
  • Work closely with management teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as the customer advocate, resolving issues and addressing needs within 24 hours
  • Continuously review tasks and enhance daily workflows to improve efficiency
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent math and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings
