Scope of Position

  • A dynamic blend of both Inpatient and Outpatient procedures.

  • Outpatient cases performed at a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center.

  • Collaborate closely with Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, and Breast Surgery teams.

  • Strong referral network through a large, employed primary care base.

  • Diverse case mix including Reconstructive, Cosmetic, and Hand Surgery.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.

  • Completion of a Hand Surgery Fellowship is required.

  • Eligibility to obtain a New York State Medical License.

Compensation Transparency

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may qualify for additional variable compensation, including productivity incentives, value-based clinical bonuses, or other performance-driven pay, consistent with Rochester Regional Health’s compensation practices.

Compensation Range:

$400,000 – $500,000 annually

Compensation is determined by factors such as experience, credentials, specialty, internal equity, and contractual agreements.

Education Requirements:

MD or DO degree required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Light Work: Ability to exert up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently, and minimal force constantly.

  • Occasional walking, standing, and squatting may be required.

  • Any physical limitations or accommodation requests will be fully considered.
