Your Role

  • Create a customer-focused culture and exceed experience goals

  • Oversee store operations, profitability, and performance metrics

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team

  • Manage inventory, compliance, and financial reports

  • Uphold store appearance, safety, and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail or customer service experience

  • 2+ years in a supervisory role leading and coaching teams

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
