Position Overview

As a key member of our development team, you will take ownership of Apex—our cutting-edge recording server software—leveraging your technical expertise, organizational skills, and collaborative mindset. This role offers the opportunity to not only grow alongside evolving technologies but also to mentor junior developers and independently manage projects.

You will partner closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create exceptional software solutions. As part of an agile team, you will contribute to architectural discussions, project planning, and sprint execution, while continuously improving processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Apex, our recording server software.
Lead projects independently and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
Contribute to system architecture and project timelines in partnership with team members.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

2-5 years of professional software development experience, preferably with Object-Oriented Programming in C++ or Java.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
