Established in 1994, our venue has been at the heart of comedy, music, and live events for over 30 years. What We Offer:
- Pay: £11.80 per hour + tips + bonus scheme (paid every 4 weeks)
- Shifts: 1–3 shifts per week (main season from September to June)

Your Responsibilities as Floor Staff
Customer Service & Venue Support
- Efficiently deliver food and drinks to tables while maintaining excellent customer service
- Handle minor customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Keep the venue clean, organized, and welcoming
Setup & Operations
- Set up and pack away furniture safely and efficiently
- Polish cutlery, clean tables, and prepare promotional materials before opening
- Assist in maintaining high cleanliness standards in the kitchen and wash-up areas
Key Requirements for Floor Staff
Essential Skills & Qualities
- Must be 18+ and available for weekends and evenings, including December 31st
- Ability to carry trays and serve up to 400 customers before a show starts
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Additional Information
- Shifts start between 5 PM – 6:30 PM and end around 10:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- No transport provided, but we can accommodate early finishes for public transport
