Account Executive

What You Will Do

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive (AE) who is passionate about selling our product and eager to contribute to a profitable SaaS company. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. The AE must proactively plan and execute daily and weekly sales activities to generate and close deals successfully. With in-depth knowledge of Alchemer’s solutions, the AE will collaborate across teams to secure new business in targeted segments. Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and experience engaging senior executives are essential for success in this role.

How You Will Spend Your Days

• Drive new business by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory or segment.

• Engage senior leaders and C-level executives in organizations that do not yet use Alchemer’s products.

• Respond to inbound leads and proactively position products to prospects generated by Marketing and the SDR team.

• Actively prospect using cold calling, email, social media, and other outreach methods.

• Leverage sales tools, including Salesforce.com, for prospecting, cold-calling, and tracking opportunities.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and weekly targets for calls, meetings, presentations, and closed deals.

• Collaborate across departments to address customer needs and ensure seamless sales processes.

• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales performance and meet revenue goals.
