Responsibilities

Supports brokers in preparing accounts for new business and renewals, initiating renewal reviews to recommend optimal coverage and enhance client retention strategies.

Assists brokers in developing market submissions and quote cover letters for agents, while reviewing all incoming documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Cultivates strong relationships with brokers and demonstrates a thorough understanding of brokerage operations to proactively address business needs.

Collaborates with brokers to drive renewal processes and actively seeks new business opportunities through client referrals.

Develops strategies for new business opportunities in partnership with brokers, including creating proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients.

Identifies and mitigates risks associated with accounts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Maintains data integrity by ensuring the accuracy of all new and existing account information within internal systems, creating precise documentation, and consistently meeting quality and service benchmarks.

Generates reports on key performance indicators and portfolio trends, providing valuable insights to brokers to help grow and enhance their book of business.
Work Experience
Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Risk Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Licenses & Certifications

Required: Active P&C and/or surplus lines licenses as mandated by the state.

Preferred: Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Commercial Insurance License (CIL).
