Principal Product Manager – Global Tech

Walmart Global Tech is seeking a Principal Product Manager to redefine Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the AI era. This role focuses on scaling marketing platforms across global markets, enhancing customer engagement, and driving impactful digital advertising strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the product lifecycle from research to launch, focusing on data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop measurement methodologies, APIs, and reporting dashboards.

  • Conduct industry analysis and customer research to shape the product roadmap.

  • Scale CRM technology across global markets.

  • Partner with internal teams to create innovative, customer-centric advertising experiences.

  • Define vision and strategies, align business and technical needs, and drive execution.

  • Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in product management, digital advertising, automation, and data analytics.

  • Experience in launching ad experiences and automation.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Expertise in AI technologies and integrating them into business platforms.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
