    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Prioritizing Safety – Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular checks on warehouse equipment.

    • Field Service Activities – Complete daily tasks such as preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.

    • Scheduled Operations – Perform duties as assigned by the Foreman and Supervisor.

    • Customer Coordination – Work closely with retail customers, delivery personnel, and customer service teams to fulfill client needs.

    • Warehouse Participation – Assist with truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.

    • Order Fulfillment – Pick, palletize, and load/unload products onto delivery trucks.

    • Equipment Maintenance – Regularly inspect and ensure the safety of equipment, including tractors, trailers, and pallet jacks.

    • Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and adhere to safety and quality standards to protect staff and products.

    Job Requirements

    • CDL-Class A License – Minimum of one year of verified safe driving experience.

    • Physical Endurance – Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting, including lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.

    • Adaptability – Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities throughout your career.

    • Licensing Compliance – Ability to meet all requirements for operating necessary equipment.

    • Preferred Experience – Prior direct store delivery (DSD) experience; forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.

    • Pre-Employment Screening – Must pass drug testing, MVR, and background checks.

    • FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration – Required for compliance (registration link provided: FMCSA).

    Qualifications for a CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate

    • Efficient Routing – Follow schedules and instructions from the Route Manager or Dispatch.

    • Defective Product Handling – Record, report, and return defective items as per company guidelines.

    • Shipment Verification – Accept, verify, inspect, and log all deliveries accurately.

    • Product Protection – Adhere to strict safety and quality checks to safeguard staff, customers, and products.

    • Loading & Assembly – Properly assemble and load products onto delivery trucks following standard procedures.

    • Technology Proficiency – Utilize a smartphone, electronic logging device (ELD), and scanner for deliveries and tracking.

    • Flexibility – Adapt to changing routes and schedules as needed.

    • Outdoor Work Conditions – Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
