Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Internal Tools team to develop intuitive, scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and drive impact. In this high-visibility role, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to streamline processes, reduce costs, and empower teams with innovative tools.
We’re looking for a proactive leader with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. You excel in ambiguity, influence stakeholders at all levels, and build tools that enhance workflows with a long-term vision.
Responsibilities

Define and champion the vision for Rivian’s internal tools, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Translate user needs into impactful features that enhance efficiency and simplify workflows.

Partner with operational teams to ensure seamless tool rollouts, training, and adoption.

Ensure compliance with legal, SOX, and audit requirements.

Identify AI-driven opportunities to optimize workflows and boost productivity.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to drive product growth and seamless system integrations.

Establish feedback loops to refine and enhance tools in line with Rivian’s evolving needs.
Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth, digital-native companies.

Proven track record in developing efficient internal tools.

Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution.
