About the Job – Windows Product Manager

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Windows Product Manager with a passion for Windows software solutions on Snapdragon-powered devices. This role involves driving software innovation across multiple layers, including Windows OS, kernel, drivers, BIOS, and enterprise software, to deliver top-tier solutions for consumer and enterprise products.
Responsibilities:

Define and drive software architecture for scalable and portable Windows on Snapdragon solutions.

Collaborate with engineering teams, software architects, and external partners to optimize Windows performance on Qualcomm SoCs.

Develop a strategic roadmap for software offerings to OEMs, ODMs, and third-party vendors.

Analyze product gaps, propose solutions, and present data-driven insights to leadership.

Lead technical discussions, decision-making processes, and cross-functional collaborations.

Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring high-impact outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
Preferred:
-
7+ years of experience in product management.

Experience with budgets, business negotiations, and working in a large matrixed organization.

Strong understanding of Windows OS, software portability, and performance optimization
