About the Role
Grid Dynamics is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities

Participate in the end-to-end development of applications, from requirements analysis to production deployment.

Continuously enhance software quality through code reviews, refactoring, testing, and adoption of new libraries, tools, and technologies.

Analyze and optimize application performance for scalability and efficiency.

Develop robust, simple solutions to complex technical challenges.

Work within an Agile development environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and creativity.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Unit Testing.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform limits.

Ability to assess the pros and cons of declarative vs. code-based programming approaches.

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (experience with other Salesforce products is a plus).

Experience working on CRM projects for mid-sized to enterprise-level companies.

Knowledge of complex business system integrations.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Salesforce Developer certifications are required.
