Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Strategy: Develop and enforce policies to safeguard company assets.

  • Investigations & Compliance: Lead investigations, coordinate with law enforcement, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

  • Risk Management: Conduct audits, assess vulnerabilities, and implement corrective measures.

  • Shrink Control: Develop programs to reduce theft, fraud, and operational loss.

  • Training & Development: Educate store teams on loss prevention best practices.

  • Security Oversight: Manage store surveillance, access control, and security services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.

  • 10+ years in security/loss prevention, with 5+ years in leadership.

  • Proven success in shrink reduction, investigations, and security operations.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

  • Proficiency in security technologies and compliance protocols.

  • Ability to travel and manage a flexible schedule.
