Position Summary
As a Pharmacist at MultiCare, you play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely pharmaceutical care for patients, nurses, and physicians. This role allows you to apply your expertise in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities

Dispense medications and interpret IV admixture orders.

Prepare nonstandard pharmaceutical formulations and maintain necessary records.

Supervise support personnel and ensure accuracy in all completed work.

Conduct inspections of pharmaceutical supplies across services.

Provide safe and precise pharmaceutical care services.
Qualifications

ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency preferred.

Active Washington State Pharmacist License required.

Minimum one year of pharmacy experience preferred (hospital, retail, clinic, or similar setting)
