Key Responsibilities
Coating

Perform coating tasks efficiently to ensure high-quality product finishing.

Operate coating equipment according to company standards and safety protocols.

Inspect coated products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
Finishing
-
Complete finishing processes to meet product specifications.

Ensure smooth and precise final touches before product distribution.

Maintain quality control by checking for inconsistencies or imperfections.
Surfacing
-
Operate machinery and tools to achieve the desired surface texture.

Handle materials with precision to ensure smooth and even surfaces.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Basic Qualifications

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while collaborating with team members.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding basic instructions and correspondence in English.

Strong numerical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, comprehend decimal sequences, and compare number and letter sequences accurately.

Requires good vision, including close, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Capable of using hands and fingers for fine motor tasks, including grasping, transferring small items, and performing bilateral reach movements.

Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks, while following company policies and procedures.

Comfortable standing in one position for 10-12 hours per shift.

Able to perform repetitive motions as part of daily job duties.
Preferred Qualifications
