Your Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Faire’s global corporate office network.

Oversee connectivity between office locations and Faire Points of Presence (POPs).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee network experience.

Implement security best practices across corporate offices and cloud infrastructure.

Serve as an escalation point for the IT Operations team, providing top-tier customer support.

Document and share best practices while mentoring junior team members.
What You Bring
-
4+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-location corporate networks.

Strong understanding of networking protocols and hands-on expertise.

Proficiency with Juniper (Junos) or Cisco (IOS) switching and routing.

Experience deploying and managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls.

Wireless network design and operation expertise across platforms such as Aruba, Cisco, or Mist.

Ability to trace packets from endpoint to edge with ease.

Exposure to AWS networking and SD-WAN solutions.

Experience developing internal tools using Python, Ruby, or Go.

Passion for continuous improvement, with the ability to monitor and measure network health using defined metrics and dashboards.

Strong understanding of Zero Trust or BeyondCorp security concepts.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with varying requirements and deadlines.

Awareness of security, compliance, and privacy best practices when handling personal data.
Salary & Work Environment

Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office per week starting January 2025).

Salary Range: $136,000 – $187,000 per year (includes eligibility for equity and benefits).

Remote Flexibility: Up to 4 weeks of remote work per year.
