Your Role
As a Team Member at Total Wine & More, you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, building relationships, and informing them about our products and services.

Manage checkout flow efficiently by directing customers to available lanes and minimizing wait times.

Process transactions accurately by handling cash, checks, credit cards, traveler’s checks, gift cards, and coupons, as well as unloading carts, placing items on the belt, and bagging purchases.

Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all age-restricted sales policies.

Maintain a balanced register drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures.

Enhance your product knowledge by participating in wine, beer, and spirits training.

Assist with stocking and inventory management, reporting any concerns to leadership.

Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring the sales floor, stockroom, lockers, kitchen, and restrooms remain tidy and organized.
What We’re Looking For

Must be 21 years or older.

Flexible schedule availability based on business needs (part-time or full-time options available).

Comfort using technology to access necessary information and complete tasks.

1 year of experience preferred in cashiering, cash handling, or store associate roles, including assisting customers and processing transactions.

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging attitude.

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration.

Interest in expanding product knowledge in wine, beer, and spirits.
Physical Requirements (With or Without Accommodations)

Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day.

Frequent bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
