Housekeeper – Environmental Services

Position Overview

Join our Environmental Services team as a Housekeeper, an essential role dedicated to ensuring patients and families have the best possible experience when visiting a MultiCare facility. This entry-level opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of environmental surfaces to uphold high hygiene standards.

  • Organize and complete daily tasks while coordinating with patient care teams and support service departments.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and nursing staff to ensure seamless operations.

  • Approach each task with a service-oriented attitude and uphold professional integrity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Salary range: $19.84 – $30.20 per hour (dependent on experience, skills, and education).
