About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy, development, and execution to enhance PennyMac’s mortgage platform. Collaborating across teams, you will ensure successful project implementation while leading product innovation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy, prioritizing initiatives with maximum impact.

  • Lead a team of Product Owners and Analysts, fostering innovation.

  • Oversee product backlogs, roadmap planning, and prioritization.

  • Analyze market trends, user needs, and key performance metrics.

  • Mitigate project impediments and ensure timely delivery.

  • Align with PennyMac’s culture of Accountability, Reliability, and Ethics.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with mortgage industry expertise.

  • Strong understanding of financial and business drivers in mortgage banking.

  • Proven project management skills and experience in product development.
