About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy, development, and execution to enhance PennyMac’s mortgage platform. Collaborating across teams, you will ensure successful project implementation while leading product innovation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategy, prioritizing initiatives with maximum impact.

Lead a team of Product Owners and Analysts, fostering innovation.

Oversee product backlogs, roadmap planning, and prioritization.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years of relevant experience, with mortgage industry expertise.
