Your Responsibilities
✔ Provide Skilled Therapy – Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments, working toward the patient’s highest functional level.
✔ Assess & Evaluate – Conduct tests and screenings to determine physical strengths and limitations, documenting findings for physicians.
✔ Develop Personalized Treatment Plans – Create and implement customized rehabilitation programs aligned with the physician’s Plan of Treatment. Adjust therapy as needed to maximize outcomes.
✔ Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care team.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (approved by the APTA)
✔ Active & Unrestricted Physical Therapy License
✔ Current CPR Certification
✔ Minimum One Year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred)
✔ Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Competitive Pay: $85,400 – $117,500 per year (varies based on location, experience, and qualifications)
