Key Responsibilities of the Finance Officer
Finance Officer – Administrative & Procurement Support

Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including publishing and coordinating tender specifications and responses.

Collate and record contract awards, reporting on procurement activities.

Manage and report on the performance of supplier payments in line with key performance indicators.
Finance Officer – Invoicing & Reporting

Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring error detection and resolution in line with the Shared Services Provider’s schedule.

Monitor finance/payroll mailboxes, responding to inquiries and escalating when necessary.
Our Finance Team and Your Role as Finance Officer
As a Finance Officer, you will be an integral part of our small, dynamic finance team, working closely with the Finance Manager and the Shared Service Finance Team (SCRA). Together, we support a National Team of approximately 100 colleagues. The finance team is dedicated to delivering high-quality financial services that align with CHS’ strategic goals.
