Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies, plans, and procedures

  • Set clear goals for performance and growth

  • Establish policies that reflect the company’s culture and vision

  • Oversee daily operations and manage the work of executives across various departments (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)

  • Lead and motivate employees to achieve maximum performance and commitment

  • Assess performance through data analysis and key metrics

  • Prepare and present reports to the CEO on critical matters

  • Support the CEO in fundraising efforts

  • Contribute to expansion activities, including investments, acquisitions, and corporate partnerships

  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar leadership role

  • Experience scaling a marketplace or PaaS business to over $100M in revenue

  • Expertise in optimizing and structuring businesses and GTM functions for high-growth, fast-paced environments

  • Extensive experience managing and growing key business functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Customer Service, HR, and Finance

  • Strong skills in strategic planning and business development

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking abilities

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving aptitude

  • Fundraising experience is a plus

  • Experience with IPOs and M&As is ideal
