About the Role:

You will drive the growth of our Database Product portfolio by identifying market needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. Your focus will span from strategic planning to hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and communicate the product roadmap

  • Translate customer needs into actionable product features

  • Partner with design, engineering, and IT to deliver new solutions

  • Conduct market research, user testing, and competitive analysis

  • Define go-to-market strategies with Marketing and Sales

  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategy as needed

  • Develop and refine pricing strategies

  • Collaborate on partner/vendor evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management; tech or data product experience preferred

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills

  • Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Salesforce

  • Ability to analyze market trends and create compelling business cases

  • Travel as needed
