Your Impact

Business Leadership

Develop and execute innovative retail strategies to drive sales and elevate the guest experience.
Leverage deep market knowledge to understand local clientele and competitor landscape.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to build and implement business-driving initiatives.
Utilize company tools and incentives to motivate your team and achieve goals.

People Leadership

Foster a team culture that fully embodies Alo’s mission and guiding principles.
Lead with a growth mindset, offering consistent coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
Identify and nurture top talent through structured succession planning and career progression.
Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through internal promotion and external recruitment.

Operational Excellence

Oversee the Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to ensure smooth execution of all store functions.
Maintain visual merchandising excellence by aligning displays with current business data and brand aesthetics.
Prioritize a safe, productive, and organized work environment.
Build effective labor plans and schedules that balance operational needs and employee well-being.

Brand Experience & Culture

Act as an ambassador of the Alo brand, cultivating an experience-first environment for guests and team members.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align store initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Communicate effectively with your team, ensuring clarity around expectations, goals, and brand values.
Inspire a culture of positivity, intention, and authenticity.

Who You Are

5+ years of leadership experience in retail or a related field.
Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Committed to Alo’s mission and values.
Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Scheduling & Availability

To meet the dynamic needs of our business, full-time employees must maintain open availability and be prepared to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods. This includes the blackout season from Thanksgiving through early January.

Competitive base salary of $75,000–$90,000/year, plus eligibility for monthly performance-based incentives
