Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Task Order (TO) execution, collaborating with the Program Manager, Contracting Officer (KO), CORs, COTRs, and other Government representatives.

  • Oversee and manage TO operations, including scheduling, task assignments, deliverables, and resource allocation.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully carry out TO activities such as system design, integration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of FPCS systems.

  • Develop and maintain TO-specific Project Management Plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), ensuring alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

  • Ensure adherence to contract specifications, technical requirements, and relevant safety and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) from a recognized institution, such as Defense Acquisition University or Program Management Institute, is preferred. Relevant training or experience may be considered in lieu of certification.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing projects of comparable complexity and scale.

  • Experience managing subcontractors and handling repairs/renovations in occupied facilities, warehouses, and administrative buildings.

  • Familiarity with Federal Government project management processes, including contract compliance and reporting.

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or, alternatively, two (2) additional years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with Government and contractor personnel.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
