About the Job:

Enterprise Mobility (Enterprise/National/Alamo Car Rental) is hiring an entry-level Accountant at our Group Headquarters in Chandler, AZ (4100 W. Galveston). This position offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career in Accounting and Finance, with a pathway to leadership roles within the organization.

Compensation:
Targeted annual salary of $60,000 based on a 40-hour work week.

Career Development:
This role offers hands-on experience in business, accounting, and financial management. You will receive comprehensive training, including exposure to accounts payable/receivable systems, financial statement preparation, and analysis. The program prepares you to manage your own financial operations, working alongside marketing, operations, HR, and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or graduating in May 2025 with an Accounting or Finance degree
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 3 years
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require work authorization sponsorship
Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Chandler/Greater Phoenix area
