About the Job
Risk Strategies Consulting (RSC) is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team and provide expert clinical support to both consultants and clients. This role is ideal for a highly skilled pharmacy professional with deep specialization in therapeutic areas like oncology, cardiology, and specialty pharmacy. The candidate will apply their clinical expertise to drive innovative solutions, optimize drug utilization, and enhance pharmaceutical care strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of advanced treatment protocols and strategies, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and client goals.

Provide specialized clinical analysis, research, and advice to support complex cases and inform treatment decisions.

Stay up-to-date with new drugs, clinical guidelines, and emerging therapies to guide strategic planning and recommendations.

Spearhead clinical research initiatives and generate evidence-based strategies.

Educate clients on best practices and the latest pharmaceutical advancements.

Contribute to business development by crafting proposals and delivering client presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.

Active pharmacist license in good standing.

10-15 years of clinical pharmacy experience, with expertise in oncology, chronic inflammatory conditions, bleeding disorders, or specialty pharmacy.

Proven track record in managing complex cases and developing advanced treatment protocols.

Strong research background, with publications in the field.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex clinical information.
