Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and team performance

  • Inspire and motivate team members to align with and achieve our vision

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, fostering strong teamwork and clear communication

  • Possess a solid understanding of restaurant financials to drive performance and success

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to $90,000

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an upscale casual dining concept

  • High-volume experience, with a proven track record in restaurants generating over $3 million in annual sales

  • Ability to drive sales growth and build strong relationships within the community

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Hands-on experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

  • Excellent work ethic and a passion for success

  • Proficient in financial management (P&L statements, inventory, food/labor cost management.
