Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and team performance

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an upscale casual dining concept

High-volume experience, with a proven track record in restaurants generating over $3 million in annual sales

Ability to drive sales growth and build strong relationships within the community

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Hands-on experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

Excellent work ethic and a passion for success

Proficient in financial management (P&L statements, inventory, food/labor cost management.
