You’ll Make an Impact By:

• Leading Strategic Financial Planning:
  Partner with business leaders to develop short- and long-term financial strategies. Set financial targets, assess risks, and provide actionable insights to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.

• Supporting Financial Decision-Making:
  Build alignment around key financial decisions by identifying gaps, evaluating business performance, and providing analysis to support strategic initiatives.

• Driving Project and Business Management:
  Share insights with senior leaders on financial risks and opportunities based on market trends, historical data, and business forecasts.

• Delivering High-Impact Communications and Presentations:
  Develop complex financial models and create compelling presentations that clearly communicate recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline

• MBA strongly preferred

• Experience leading cross-functional projects

• Background in eCommerce, Marketing, or Media Finance

• Experience working in a Fortune 100 organization

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills

• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities

• Detail- and results-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
