Position Overview:
Join Walmart as a Staff Pharmacist and be at the forefront of patient care. You will engage directly with patients, advocate for their well-being, and utilize your clinical knowledge to make a significant impact. This role empowers you to lead within the pharmacy team while offering the tools and technology needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care by counseling on prescriptions, administering immunizations, and offering guidance on healthcare needs.

Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure excellent customer service and accurate medication management.

Stay updated on community health concerns, using data to improve patient care.

Model and enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license.

Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization Training Program.

Proven ability to provide patient-centered care and lead a team effectively.

Salary:
Annual salary range of $98,000 – $172,000 (based on 40 hours/week, prorated for different schedules).
