Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer for an exciting long-term contract opportunity. If you are an experienced developer with expertise in Salesforce development, Apex programming, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Salesforce Development: Strong experience in building Salesforce solutions using both low code (e.g., Flows) and pro code (Apex, Lightning Web Components) to meet business needs.

Apex Programming: Proficiency in Apex programming to implement customized solutions within Salesforce.

Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Administrator certifications are preferred.

Experience: 7+ years of development experience with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce development.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities, engineering mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.

Design Documentation: Ability to create clear, concise design documentation and contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews.

Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively as an agile team member, taking on additional tasks as necessary, including business analysis and quality testing.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technology-related field.

Ability and enthusiasm to learn additional skills to meet business requirements.
