You Will:

Lead, train, coach, and develop hourly kitchen staff to ensure high performance and a cohesive team environment.

Oversee the maintenance and security of the kitchen, including equipment, food, and supply inventories.

Implement and support energy conservation strategies in kitchen operations.

Ensure full compliance with all state and federal health and safety regulations.

Uphold standards for food storage, quality, rotation, and presentation.

Balance productivity, quality, cost, safety, and employee morale to drive positive results across all kitchen functions.

Continuously improve kitchen processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute company-wide initiatives.

Monitor departmental performance using visual controls and provide consistent progress updates to the Chef de Cuisine.

Prioritize and manage daily kitchen operations, quickly adapting to evolving needs.

Conduct accident investigations and promptly report findings to management.
You Are:

Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions, ranging from 30º to 70ºF.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent relevant experience required.

American Culinary Federation (ACF) certification preferred.

1–3+ years of experience in a high-volume commissary or commercial kitchen.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
-
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking); Spanish fluency is a plus.
