Finance Support Role at Deutsche Windtechnik – Apply Today
Deutsche Windtechnik is seeking a motivated Finance Support professional to join our UK team. As part of Europe’s leading independent wind turbine maintenance provider, you will deliver essential Finance Support services to help maintain our position as a market leader. You’ll work across departments to support accounting processes, both locally and internationally, with opportunities to grow your skills in a dynamic renewable energy environment.
Key Responsibilities in the Finance Support Role

Prepare quotations and create accurate sales invoices for additional services

Maintain and update the additional services tracker to ensure timely billing

Process supplier invoices and reconcile supplier statements regularly
-
Accurately code and process both credit card statements and employee expenses
-
Apply cost center accounting principles and basic VAT rules
-
Support the Finance Manager in various finance-related tasks
-
Communicate with the contracts/invoicing department and stores team to resolve queries
-
Act as the first point of contact for Deutsche Windtechnik UK’s main phone line
Skills and Experience Required for Finance Support

Proven background in administrative or finance roles in a busy office setting
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
-
Experience using ERP or accounting systems is highly desirable
-
Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and follow new procedures confidently
