Responsibilities:

Understand and support all aspects of kitchen operations within the hotel.

Ensure the production of consistent, high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations in a timely manner.

Assist in training department staff and take on leadership responsibilities in the Sous Chef’s absence.

Demonstrate culinary education and skills, with an emphasis on cost control, communication, and leadership.

Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in basic computer applications.

A genuine desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to deliver consistent results while maintaining high standards.

Culinary education and/or relevant on-the-job training and experience in hotel culinary operations.

Geographic and schedule flexibility is preferred.
