Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-potential clients in the mid-market segment through prospecting, referrals, and leveraging modern sales technologies.

  • Deliver consultative sales experiences, customizing solutions based on client-specific business needs and operational goals.

  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to promote Paycor’s product suite.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and key decision-makers.

  • Maintain ownership of accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting.

  • Analyze current client practices and recommend Paycor solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales activity targets and revenue goals.

  • Assist with new client onboarding, ensuring all documentation is submitted and initial payroll is processed smoothly.

  • Collaborate with Client Services and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless client transition and ongoing satisfaction.

  • Record and track sales activities using Salesforce (SFDC) daily.

  • Contribute to the development of less experienced sales team members when needed.

  • Uphold ethical business practices and demonstrate professional conduct and consistent attendance.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3–6 years of successful B2B, consultative sales experience.

  • A proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Compensation:
Base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 – $115,000, depending on experience, education, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for commission-based compensation based on performance.
