What You’ll Do

  • Actively prospect new clients through daily cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and social media engagement to exceed sales goals.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within your territory, setting up in-person meetings with key decision-makers to present Rewards Network’s solutions.

  • Establish rapport with prospective clients through consistent engagement and a positive, professional approach.

  • Consistently hit activity and performance metrics, including calls, meetings, presentations, and closed deals.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Account Managers and Revenue Operations, to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.

  • Track all sales activity and communication accurately within Salesforce CRM.


What We’re Looking For

  • A hunter mentality with a track record of successfully acquiring new business and exceeding quotas.

  • 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience—especially in financial services, marketing, or similar industries.

  • Comfortable making 25–30 in-person visits daily, with a structured, strategic approach to territory management.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to lead client discussions around value, fees, and financial terms.

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and other sales tools.

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

  • High school diploma (minimum); higher education preferred.
