Key Responsibilities
No two days are alike in this dynamic role. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care needs (e.g., feeding, mobility support, health monitoring)

Encouraging independence through self-help activities

Promoting positive relationships among residents

Providing transportation and support to appointments

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of each individual in a home-like setting
Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid driver’s license required

Comfortable working in a residential care environment

Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels
