Teaching Assistant: Full Time – Key Requirements
To succeed in this Teaching Assistant: Full Time position, you must have:

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

Experience working in primary schools, nurseries, or SEN provisions

An Enhanced DBS on the update service

A strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and school routines

The ability to follow instructions, use initiative, and work with empathy
Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant: Full Time
Your daily duties as a Teaching Assistant: Full Time will include:

Supporting children with varying academic and emotional needs

Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive classroom environment

Supporting IEPs for children with SEND
-
Promoting independence and resilience among pupils

Helping teachers with daily classroom tasks and learning resources
