As a Logistics & Dispatch Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic dispatch team, manage international logistics, and coordinate seamless order deliveries to over 34 countries. Key Responsibilities for a Logistics & Dispatch Manager
What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage dispatch of 120+ pallets per week worldwide

Lead and schedule the dispatch team, managing holiday bookings via HRIS

Generate daily picking lists using Microsoft D365

Oversee inventory accuracy, stock checks, and biannual stocktakes

Liaise with logistics partners for UK and export deliveries

Log delivery tracking for international customers

Collaborate with the planner on stock replenishment and order readiness

Maintain accurate data records including batch numbers and weights
Skills & Experience Required for a Logistics & Dispatch Manager
Who We’re Looking For:

Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills

Knowledge of accounting/ERP systems like D365 or Sage (preferred)

Excellent leadership, communication, and time management abilities

Previous dispatch and logistics management experience

FLT & Reach Licence beneficial but not essential

Reliable, with the ability to commute to Rossendale
