Vida Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and reliable member to join our Patient Support Team (PST). This part-time role offers flexible shifts between 8am and 6:30pm, with hours and days discussed at the interview. The Patient Support Team (PST) will support patients across multiple sites, including Kings Lynn, Dersingham, and Hunstanton. With full training provided, you will be a key part of our mission to deliver high-quality care and customer service, assisting patients in a calm, professional manner. This role is ideal for individuals who are conscientious, have excellent attention to detail, and are committed to ensuring patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities of the Patient Support Team (PST)
In your role within the Patient Support Team (PST), you will be responsible for:

Providing professional reception services to patients

Assisting with appointment bookings, cancellations, and queries

Supporting patients with concerns or complaints and offering viable solutions

Ensuring patient confidentiality and maintaining professionalism at all times

Handling prescription administration in the absence of prescription team members

Engaging in customer service processes to maintain high service standards
