Fujifilm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Manager, HRBP to join our team in a hybrid role based out of our Valhalla, NY office. You will be responsible for managing and delivering key people and capability programs, including talent and performance management, year-end compensation planning, and workforce planning within a specific business line. This role involves overseeing a facility and/or managing one or more HR staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead talent and performance management, learning initiatives, compensation planning, and workforce planning for an assigned business line or region.
- Serve as the primary contact for Centers of Excellence (COEs) on program delivery and customization.
- Coach managers and employees on development, employee relations, and compensation matters.
- May participate in wellness programs and onboarding activities.
- Provide local insights on the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Act as a local labor market and regulatory environment expert.
- Participate in regular meetings with client groups.
- Facilitate performance management processes (goal setting, feedback, development).
- Identify training and development needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with managers on staffing and retention strategies.
- Ensure job descriptions are current.
- Act as an LMS administrator.
- Participate in the interview process.
- Proactively partner with business leaders to optimize employee capabilities.
- Serve as the initial HR point of contact for assigned functional groups.
- Collaborate with leaders on restructures, ensuring fair decisions and preparing legal documentation.
- Maintain non-shared service HR policies.
- Assist in managing employee relations, including investigations and issue resolution.
- Manage and support employee recognition programs.
- Stay informed on HR trends.
- Support and drive the Talent Management agenda for assigned business units.
- Lead restructuring activities, ensuring fairness and preparing legal documentation.
- Proactively develop and implement key employee retention strategies and advise on compensation recommendations.
- Strengthen organizational capabilities through assessment, structure, workforce planning, and change management.
- Champion company culture and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee a facility and/or manage 1+ HR staff members, including recruitment, training, workflow management, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Required Skills/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 8 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager.
- Team management experience.
- Understanding of core HR processes (talent management, engagement, relations, onboarding, training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Willingness to travel.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training.
Salary and Benefits:
- $100,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience.
