Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene

Provide basic nursing care to both acutely and non-acutely ill patients

Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Follow the direction and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team/unit

Answer phones and respond to call lights promptly

Ensure the unit is well-stocked with necessary supplies
-
Assist with patient transportation as needed

Perform other duties as assigned
Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Qualifications:
Experience:
-
1 year of nursing assistant experience (preferred)
-
2+ years of nursing assistant experience (strongly preferred)
Certifications:
-
Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

Basic computer knowledge
