Outpatient Physical Therapist – Bakersfield, CA
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our collaborative and patient-centered team. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of individuals working toward recovery and improved mobility in a supportive outpatient clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities

Patient Evaluation: Perform thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, functional mobility, and rehabilitation needs.

Treatment Planning: Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals, using evidence-based practices to drive effective outcomes.

Therapeutic Intervention: Deliver a variety of therapies including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education to facilitate patient recovery.

Documentation: Accurately document treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes using Raintree in accordance with clinic policies and compliance standards.

Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and overall health management.

Ongoing Assessment: Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

Professional Development: Stay current with the latest physical therapy techniques, technologies, and research through continuing education and training.
Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Current or eligible state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
