About the Job:
Take-Two Interactive, a global leader in interactive entertainment (Rockstar Games, 2K, Zynga), is seeking a dynamic Senior Information Security Analyst to spearhead our security policy, compliance, and governance initiatives in the exciting gaming industry. You’ll go beyond policy creation, collaborating across teams to ensure regulatory compliance, lead audits, and proactively address emerging threats, directly impacting our security posture and company success.
Reporting to the Director of Information Security, you’ll be a key member of the information security team, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams (IT, Security, Game Development, Legal, etc.).
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain a policy management framework aligned with organizational goals and risk appetite.
- Lead the creation, review, approval, and publication of effective information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Establish a process for regular policy review and updates based on regulatory, technological, and business changes.
- Provide policy development support to various business units.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and threats to ensure policy relevance.
- Collaborate with security teams to prepare and publish employee-facing security documents.
- Work with developers and security experts on technical documentation and communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to information security policies.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and third-party assessors.
- Lead internal and external security audits, managing evidence and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor security control efficiency and implement improvements.
- Track regulatory changes and proactively update policies and controls.
- Implement and maintain processes for compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
- Develop and maintain the information security framework.
What You Bring:
- Strong expertise in compliance, regulatory frameworks, and policy development.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
- Proven experience drafting, updating, and maintaining security policies across various domains (data protection, access control, incident response, etc.).
- Solid understanding of audit processes and reporting to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of fundamental information security controls (access, encryption, logging, data protection, patching, etc.) and the ability to translate requirements for technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Great to Have:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Experience in the entertainment or media industry.

The anticipated base salary range for this position in New York City is $98,400 to $145,620 per year. Actual base pay may vary based on factors like market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include bonuses, equity awards, and benefits.
