Pay Rate:

• Hourly pay rate: $32.70

Position Overview:

This role involves a combination of driving and warehouse duties. As a Driver, you will be responsible for delivering our iconic products safely and efficiently to various stores and warehouses. Warehouse Associates will be tasked with stocking trucks and preparing them for the drivers. You will alternate between driving and warehouse duties depending on the business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular safety checks on warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.

• Complete daily field activities, including preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.

• Collaborate with the customer service team and coordinate with retail customers and receiving personnel.

• Participate in warehouse tasks such as truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.

• Assist with order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.

• Accurately assemble and load products onto delivery trucks in a timely manner.

• Maintain an accurate inventory and adhere to safety and quality checks to ensure the safety of staff and products.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle physical duties such as lifting, bending, carrying, and pushing.

• Willingness to perform both driving and warehouse duties.

• Capable of passing all relevant licensing requirements to operate equipment.

• Strong adaptability to take on various responsibilities and perform assigned tasks as needed.

• Preferred experience in direct store delivery (DSD).

• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.

• Must pass drug tests, MVR, and background checks.

• FMCSA’s Clearinghouse Registration is required (Link to register provided).

Key Responsibilities as a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate:

• Follow schedules and instructions from the Route Manager or Dispatch for efficient operation.

• Record, report, and return defective items in accordance with company policy.

• Inspect, verify, and document all deliveries and shipments.

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed to protect staff, the community, and the products.

• Accurately load and assemble products for delivery trucks.

• Use a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) to log driving times and deliveries.

• Be flexible with changing routes and work schedules.

• Be willing to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
